Labradoria is a peacefully constituted sovereign micronation established in 2024 and formally constituted in 2026. We are a nation built upon law, faith, and the voluntary participation of our citizens and allies.
Labradoria maintains no military forces and holds no weapons of any kind. We are formally committed to the peaceful resolution of all disputes through diplomacy and international law.
The Republic is proudly Christian, guided by the principles of Christian charity, the common good, and the dignity of every human person, in accordance with Christian values and teachings.
All organs of the Republic operate under a written Constitution. Citizens' rights are enshrined and protected. All territorial declarations comply with applicable international norms.
Any individual or landowner in any country may join the Republic or voluntarily cede privately owned land to Labradoria. We welcome all who share our values of peace and community.
The Republic of Labradoria formally asserts sovereign interest over the following territories pursuant to applicable principles of international customary law. All declared lands situated within the jurisdiction of a recognised host state remain fully subject to that state's domestic law. Additional detailed policy documents and links to these territories will be published upon approval of the Cabinet by a vote of at least fifty-five percent (55%), in accordance with Article XXI of the Constitution.
The sole unclaimed sector of the Antarctic continent (~1.6 million km²). Labradoria asserts declaratory sovereignty while affirming its commitment to the peaceful and scientific purposes of the Antarctic Treaty System.
The Republic asserts its rights as a sovereign state to flag vessels and operate under its jurisdiction on the high seas in accordance with UNCLOS Articles 86–120. No territorial sovereignty over international waters is claimed.
Any individual or legal entity holding valid title to privately owned real property under the domestic law of any country in the world may voluntarily cede that property to Labradoria via a formal Instrument of Cession. Such parcels are incorporated into the Labradoian Territorial Register. All ceded lands remain fully subject to host-nation domestic law.
If you own land anywhere in the world, you may voluntarily cede it to the Republic of Labradoria. Contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to initiate a formal Instrument of Cession.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published the official register of Labradoian territorial claims, including Marie Byrd Land and voluntarily ceded private parcels worldwide.

The founding Constitution of the Republic of Labradoria has been ratified, enshrining the rights of all citizens and the structure of the national government.
The President of the Republic serves a term of five (5) years, renewable in accordance with the Constitution. The current term runs from 2026 to 2031. President: Freddie Sparrow.
