Constitutional Basis

Labradoian passports are issued under Article XIV of the Constitution of the Republic of Labradoria, which establishes the Republic's authority to issue passports and identity documents, sets out the fee structure, and provides the legal framework governing their issuance, validity, and revocation.

All passport decisions are subject to the safeguards of Article X (Citizenship) and Article XXIII (Supremacy & Constitutional Review). A passport may be refused or revoked if citizenship is revoked, or where the President and Cabinet determine issuance is contrary to the interests of the Republic.
